Accurate information is required before any Physician can write a Cialis® prescription for any illness or condition. A U.S. licensed Physician will review your online consultation and either approve or decline your Cialis® prescription. If you are declined a Cialis® prescription there will be no charge to you. If you are approved, you will be charged only for the cost of your Cialis® and its associated shipping fee, there are no hidden costs.
In order to take Cialis® correctly, it can be taken along with food or without it but doses should never be doubled up, meaning that Cialis® should be taken no more than one time during a full 24-hour time period. Typical results are experienced by the majority of men in as little as a half hour (30 minutes) and the effects can still be experienced up to 36 hours. In order to achieve an erection with Cialis®, sexual stimulation is required.
Many side effects are temporary for those who take Cialis®; however, some men have experienced an unsettled stomach, headache, back and muscle aches and pains. Most commonly, men experiencing these symptoms had relief within a few hours of taking the medication. For men suffering mainly from back and muscle pain, these side effects may appear 12 to 24 hours after taking the medication. Normally, there is not treatment required for these aches and pains as they tend to go away on their own sometime within 48 hours after taking Cialis®. Of course, as with any medication, if you experience any symptoms from Cialis® that do not subside or cause serious pain or worry, your doctor should be notified right away.
Your medical history should be fully disclosed and discussed with your physician before starting Cialis®. If you have any heart conditions like heart failure, irregular heartbeat or angina, these are particularly important conditions to alert your physician of. Additionally if you have any other known health problems like hypertension, liver or kidney problems, a genetic eye disease (like pigmentosa) including, a history of stroke , stomach ulcers or other bleeding abnormalities, these must be discussed before beginning Cialis®. Also, if you have been diagnosed with an abnormal curvature of your penis (Peyronie's disease) or a prolonged and painful erection (priapism), or blood cell related problems like sickle cell anemia, leukemia or multiple myeloma, these issues must be discussed as well.
Inform your online healthcare professional of every prescription and nonprescription medication you are taking, in particular those containing a class of medications called nitrates. Cialis® cannot be taken by those taking alpha blockers (with the exception of Flomax® 0.4mg) or those using recreational drugs known as "poppers" (including butyl and amyl nitrate).
If you miss a dose, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Store your Cialis® medication in a dry place away from direct light. Cialis® should be maintained at a temperature between 59 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep all medications, including Cialis®, out of the reach of small children at all times.
Never share prescription medication, including Cialis®, with others. Cialis® does not protect against or prevent the spread of STD's such as HIV, Chlamydia or Hepatitis.
